My personal English bathroom has inspired me to break out the haikus. It is really a commentary on a social issue that we as a world have overlooked for far too long. It affects an entire continent worth of people who live with this problem every single day: The European Bathroom.
Shower makes up the whole room
Bump into toilet
Floor is never dry
Tubs are a great invention
A gift from U.S.
Strange noises from walls
London pipes must be narsty
or nonexistent?
England gave the world
pencils, torpedos, pancakes.
But no clean, dry feet.
WC, loo,
water closets, it's all the
same to me. Grossie.
Love the haikus! More, please!
ReplyDeleteYes, we must have more! Extra points if you work "narsty" into another one!
ReplyDeleteFinally someone who agrees with me on the tiny wet bathrooms. I hate when the whole bathroom is wet. So gross. So tiny. So wet. It's the same in southeast asia!
