5. Learning about new foods from all over the world.London is so diverse- and so is the food variety that you can find here, if you know what to look for. Tonight, my Greek flatmate, Efi, made dinner- Trahanas soup, salad, and baked Halloumi cheese. The soup had feta cheese sprinkled in, so of course, I loved it. I am becoming a huge fan of Hamoulli cheese too, a very salty type from Cyprus that is delicious baked in olive oil.
I wonder... what is London Chinese food like? Oooh, or Mexican? Same as here?
ReplyDeleteHaven't tried Chinese yet, but my flatmate (from Hong Kong) said that when I go to China Town, I need to look for restaurants with Chinese people in them. haha. Mexican is weird and not very spicy.
